To facilitate local economic development by (1) Providing forums and educational opportunities related to workforce development issues. (2) Serving as liaison between business, education and government to address and anticipate workforce challenges. (3) Proactively partner with the Chamber Education and Leadership Development committees to synergistically address short and long term solutions to workforce requirements. (4) Work with other businesses and community organizations to synergistically address short and long term goals.

Help Shape A Career!
The Dallas Regional Chamber is partnering with Arbor Education & Youth Training Service and WorkSource for Dallas County to bring together employers and youth to strengthen the communities of tomorrow. Chamber member companies can participate in two programs aimed at preparing youth ages 17-21 for employment. The programs, Project CEO and Project Passport, prepare the future workforce for a career, not just a job.
